Leadership development programs that reach every manager
Leadership development that reaches every manager — not just the top 10. When your company is scaling faster than your leaders can keep up, you need programs that develop 50–200 managers with consistent quality.
Your company's context built in, not bolted on
I design and facilitate cohort-based programs that take the frameworks and language used at the leadership team level and cascade them across the organization. No generic "management 101" — every program is built around your culture, your challenges, and your language.
This is what I did at Meta for organizations spanning 55,000+ employees, and what I now build alongside companies navigating their own scaling moments. I know what scales and what doesn't — and the difference is always in the specificity.
Everything a program needs to land
- Company-specific curriculum — built around your culture, challenges, and language
- Cohort-based design for peer learning and accountability
- Facilitation and program management
- Can pair with 1:1 coaching and AI assistants for reinforcement
- Scalable: what works in the leadership team offsite translates to the manager layer
- Frameworks that can be owned and continued internally after the engagement
Rethinking the participant guide
A participant guide usually ends up in a drawer. I rethink what it can be: a custom AI assistant built around your program's frameworks and your company's context, so participants engage before a session, practice after it, and get support in the moments where behavior actually changes.
Behavior change comes from consistency. Rethinking how people engage before and after each session makes outcomes consistent across cohorts, and knowable to participants, their managers, and the organization.
For our feedback training, he built out scenarios that were so specific to our employees' actual day-to-day that people were like, “wait, has he been listening to our Slack?” That kind of relevance doesn't happen by accident.
You don't need another vendor
You're holding the leadership capability of an entire organization — post-reorg trust issues, a manager layer that's cracking under hypergrowth, and a CEO asking you to bring AI into L&D. I've been the person building these systems from the inside at Meta. Now I build them alongside people leaders like you, with coaching, facilitation, programs, and AI tools from one partner who understands how the pieces connect.
How engagements typically start
A conversation
30 minutes. No pitch, no pressure. You tell me what you're working on, I tell you if I can help. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you that too.
Discovery
For organizational work: confidential interviews, synthesis of what I'm seeing, and a custom proposal. For coaching: a goal-setting session with you and your stakeholders.
The work
We do the actual work — coaching, facilitation, program delivery, or AI builds. With weekly syncs, detailed notes, and full transparency along the way.
Expand or close
At the end of each engagement, we assess what landed and what's next. Many partnerships continue. Some close cleanly. Both are success.
Frequently asked questions
How many managers can a program reach?
Programs are designed to develop 50–200 managers with consistent quality, using cohorts for peer learning and accountability.
Is this an off-the-shelf curriculum?
No. Every program is company-specific, built around your culture, challenges, and language, and connected to the frameworks your leadership team already uses.

Can programs be combined with coaching?
Yes. Programs can pair with 1:1 executive coaching and custom AI assistants that reinforce the skills between sessions.
What happens to the participant guide?
It becomes a custom AI assistant built around the program's frameworks and your company's context, so participants can prepare before sessions, practice after them, and get support in the moment.
